Located in the eastern part of Jilin Province and at the northern foot of Changbai Mountain,Buerhatong River basin was an important tributary of Tumen River, which had important ecological functions and provides a good resource and environmental foundation for the survival and development of people around it.It had the characteristics of significant seasonal change, wide watershed, rich and diverse land use types and many towns flowing through it.When the surrounding environment of a river basin was complex and diverse and disturbed by human beings,it was impossible to accurately obtain the environmental status of the river basin only from a single aspect. Therefore,it was of great significance and value to make a comprehensive and comprehensive analysis of the environment of the river basin in different months, regions and land-use types. The study of a regional environment could be carried out from many aspects, but the soil environment was the most direct and stable part of a region affected by the surrounding environment,in which the soil environmental factors and soil microbial community could directly reflect the status of the soil environment. In addition, there was a certain correlation between soil environmental factors, and the soil microbial community structure, diversity and function had different degrees of influence. At present, the study of soil physical and chemical properties as soil environmental factors was more extensive and mature, and soil enzymes,as important soil environmental factors, were closely related to the microbial community, and could respond to soil environmental changes in a timely manner. In addition, the study of bacterial community was relatively mature and extensive. Therefore, this study selected the soil physical and chemical properties and soil enzyme activities as soil environmental factors in the Buerhatong River Basin, and explored the effects of soil environmental factors on soil bacterial community from the aspect of different months, regions and land use types. The research results were as follows:1)In the Burhatong River Basin, there were certain differences in soil environmental factors in different months, regions and land use types.Soil organic matter(SOM)and soil available potassium(AK)were significantly different in different months, but significantly different in July,September and May.Soil organic matter(SOM),soil alkali-hydrolytic nitrogen(AN),available soil phosphorus(AP)and invertase(INV)were significantly different among different watershed and land use types, but the differences were great between the B area,C area and A area.Soil organic matter(SOM),soil alkali-hydrolytic nitrogen(AN),soil available potassium(AK)and invertase(INV)were significantly different among different land use types, but the differences of soil environmental factors were small between wetland and paddy field, but great between forest land and dry land.2)Buerhatong river basin of various indicators of soil physical and chemical properties of soil alkali-hydrolytic nitrogen(AN)and available soil phosphorus(AP)the highest correlation, and three kinds of soil enzyme urease(URE),invertase(INV)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)had high correlation between, and soil alkali-hydrolytic nitrogen(AN)and available soil phosphorus(AP)had high correlation.Among different months, regions and land use types, land use types had the greatest impact on various soil environmental factors.3)Among the different months, regions and land use types in the Burhatong River Basin,July, the C area and wetland soil bacterial communities had the most diverse diversity.Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria were the dominant bacteria in the Burhatong River Basin, different land use types had the greatest impact on the soil bacterial community structure at the level of the phylum. The primary functions of soil bacterial in the Burhatong River Basin were mainly metabolism, genetic information processing and environmental information processing.4)Soil organic matter(SOM),available soil phosphorus(AP),soil available potassium(AK),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and soil urease(URE)had a certain internal connection on soil bacterial community diversity in the Burhatong River Basin. In addition, soil available potassium(AK),soil acid and alkali(p H)and soil organic matter(SOM)had significant effects on the soil bacterial community at phylum level, among which soil available potassium(AK)had the greatest effect, while Actinobacteria and Nitrospirae were the most affected by different soil environmental factors.Among the functional genes of the whole soil bacterial community, the dominant soil environmental factor was soil available potassium(AK),and Cellular Processes,Genetic Information Processing,Human Diseases,Metabolism,Organismal Systems of the six metabolic pathways were most affected by different soil environmental factors.
