In this paper, Landsat TM remote sensing data of 2000,2007,2013 of Zhalong NR. are selected as the main data sources, combined with land use classification system zhalong was classified into wetlands, grasslands, saline, waters, farmlands, residential lands, then analyze change of landscape, land use dynamic degree and fragmentation degree; based on 1951 2013 Zhalong meteorological data, use the linear trend fitting, moving average method, Mann-Kendall trend test, mutation test to inspect and analyze annual precipitation, average annual temperature sequence features; Setting Long anqiao hydrological station runoff from 1956 to 2000 as example, use Spearman correlation method to explore the precipitation, the average annual temperature’s influence on runoff; Analyze change of Zhalong water volume at average years level using water balance model. The results of this paper show:①Zhalong Nature Reserve’s matrix landscape is marshland and mosaicked with other types of landscape. The order of landscape area from 2000 to 2013 is the same which is marshland>grassland>farmland>saline soil>water>resident, there are no great change of landscape area in 13 years. The dynamic degree of land-use of water, resident and farmland increase continuously increasing while the dynamic degree of grassland decrease; the overall dynamic degree of land-use type of 2000-2007 and 2007-2013 is 0.3%、0.6% respectively.②Waters, wetlands, residential lands, farmlands increase slightly on the number of patches, it shows there is a slow trend of landscape fragmentation. Analyze the mean fractal dimension of landscape patches shows fractal dimension of wetlands and water are at the forefront and means the impact of human is small; the fractal dimension of farmlands and residents are small means the impact of human is big. The fractal dimension of landscape except for residents experience a process of increases and then decreases from 2000 to 2013, it reflects the disturbance of human experiences from strong to weak.③Average annual air temperature of Zhalong increases with a significant trend, its trend rate is 0.36℃ per 10 years; annual precipitation decrease with not a significant trend through liner trend fitting, its trend rate is -0.5mm per 10 years; the correlation between annual precipitation and runoff is positive, the correlation coefficient is 0.580; the correlation between average annual air temperature and runoff is negative, the correlation coefficient is -0.162.④ Analyze the change of storage capacity in Zhalong using water balance model, the storage capacity of Zhalong decrease 1.07×108m3 per 10 years, Zhalong N.R faces the situation of lacing water and artificial replenishment is very necessary.At last, put forward recommendations for protection of Nature Reserve and countermeasu-res based on study results:adjust the relationship between human beings and nature; protect water source upstream; reasonable artificial replenishment; reconstruct large irrigation works and recovery natural hydrologic regime.
