Under the economic and technological globalization, technical innovation has become the decisive factors for the world to enhance its comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. The source of research on technological innovation is Marx and Schumpeter. The relationship of two systems at home and abroad has a big controversy. To clarify the relationship between the two is particularly urgent. Especially for the better and faster to enhancing our capability of independent innovation and promote scientific and technological progress. And building an innovative country also is necessary. This article is from the standpoint of Marxist philosophy, makes a comparative analysis between Marx and Schumpeter.First, this article defines the thinking of Marx and Schumpeter’s respective connotations of technological innovation.
