X-ray device has proved to have revealed the molecular or atom characteristics of physical ability, the ability to detect contraband is quite important. X-ray detection methods to already became a kind of automatic detection passengers within the effective means syst items. Despite a series of such equipment had been commercialized, yet most technology is not mature yet. At present, the traffic safety testing is only limited to guns, knives, etc, according to the conventional dangerous goods inspection routine dangerous goods the technology has now the development of more mature, but for liquid kinds dangerous, also has been using the original bottle detection methods.The paper focus on there are three points:one is based on X-ray transmission technology to do lots of experiment to the common material classification, already proved based on height can gray recognition by the curve of the material, and the feasibility of the recognition of the recognition of basic experimental liquid provide; other is to do a lot of six kinds of liquid line scanning experiments, and then put forward a new method:all the X-ray through the vessel by the formation of the mixed can absorb, through the vessel into the outer wall can absorb and liquid can absorb, to get the real physical properties of liquid.In order to push material classification method, the paper first clearly X-ray through the principle and material according to detect the preliminary classification are discussed. Next, on several common material did a lot of line scan tests, using these experimental data to get the several common material identification curve and the mathematical model. Then, to methanol, ethanol, acetone three level flammable liquids made four experiments, respectively is:will be seized in liquid package detection; Will be seized on a conveyor belt in the liquid directly detection; Will be seized in liquid package of validation testing experiment; Will be seized in liquid on the conveyor belt of the detection directly and the experimental results. And then to water, hydrochloric acid, gasoline were the line scan that the establishment of six kinds of liquid recognition of the mathematical model and the corresponding characteristic curve. Finally, using the proposed the new method in the analysis of liquid containers, calculate the liquid containers in X-ray of the real, and that can absorb what kind of liquid.Finally, the experiment prove that this method can effectively distinguish between high density containers like water, alcohol such density of material, similar to the density of other similar liquid can take this way to distinguish.My main work is in a lot of line scan experimentation, and to the analysis of the fluid in the tank. The work is not only for liquid material identification research provides new experiment basis and theoretical basis for practical security project, also play a certain role in practical.
