Research And Implementation Of3G Mobile Video Monitoring System With GPS Technology

With the rapid development of3G/4G mobile communications network and computer technology, people’s traditional life-style has been improved by Mobile internet in many ways.3G/4G mobile networks has seveal outstanding characteristics, such as wide bandwidth, high security and so on, it could be able to break through the bottleneck of the long distance digital wireless monitoring which has been difficult to solve simply. At the same time, it also opens up a new road for wireless video surveillance.The author designed a Mobile Video Monitoring and location System under the actual environment, and put forward a complete set of solutions for the wireless video monitoring system, implementing the system at last.The system selects S3C6410CPU as the hardware base, mjpg,mediastream,live555,vlc open source project as the software core,3G mobile communications network as the network transmission medium, H.264encode and decode format to implement the capture, transimission and playback of the video, and integrates GPS device to get, send and indicate the data of the location in order to implement the video monitoring and positioning functions of the moving target. The devices of the system is small, artful and easy to use. The terminal deive of the system uses a processor based on the ARM11structure, the software is designed by C language based on embedded Linux OS. The background software implements the function of remote control, electronic map display and video display. It is designed by C#and HTML.The software decoding module has been replaced by the hardware decodeing module MFC to improve the efficience of decoding in the later period. Also the author finished the function of sending messages free to make control of the remote terminal deivce according to the API of PHP Feixin. Besides different versions of the software have been developed according.to the different network environment. At last the author applied for a new patent.The system combinates computer multimedia technology and mobile internet technology organicly. It could be used to improve the informazation level of a variety of business and people’s working efficiency. The design idea of the article could be widely used in the fields of vehicle monitoring, wireless video monitoring and so on. It also has widely practical value and significance of popularization.
