Impulse voltage generator as a high power pulse technology is developing rapidlyand its application field widely.Compared with traditional broken separation methods,use Impulse voltage generator for solids discharge to make solid broken and separationmore environmentally friendly,flexible and efficient.At present,the research of thismethod is not much.Therefore,its in-depth study has great theoretical significance andpractical value.In order to study the high-pressure gravel selective separation characteristics,weneed to establish a complete set of high-voltage discharge laboratory facilities.Through the actual experiment analyze the damage of concrete test,grasp the factorsaffecting the performance of impulse voltage generator,to accumulate experience fordesign impulse voltage generator experimental platform.The breakdown is strong,good insulation effect of liquid medium and facilitate for success in a liquidexperiment sample broken fragments are collected,therefore,the experiment in a liquidenvironment.When designing the experimental platform,we consider the impact ofenvironmental factors on solid liquid sample destruction and separation fully,derive themain structure and components of generator in detail,select and use measuring systemcarefully.Experimental platform design and build on the premise of guarantee experiment cansmoothly to choose the appropriate components.Make some concrete test.Throughspecific experiments to study the related factors of high-pressure gravel selectiveseparation characteristics, research the formation process of concrete test breakdownand discharge channel, summarize and analyze the experiment results obtained indifferent liquid medium. Through high pressure discharge the objects, the results forexperiments are good and collected voltage, current and the impedance characteristicsfrom experiments. When the experiment in different liquid medium, collected sets of the voltage data which was different thickness samples have to crush. Through analysisthe discharge voltage in the deionized water is higher than in transformer oil when theother conditions are sample; the duration of the discharge voltage in the deionizedwater is about twice in the transformer oil.
