At present,the crushing of magnetite quartzite ore mainly relies on mechanical energy impact,shearing and grinding to break up and denudation the ore to achieve the purpose of mineral monomer dissociation.This method has the disadvantage of insufficient dissociation and can not make full use of energy.High voltage pulse crushing technology is used to crush ore by forming discharge channels at the interface of mineral grains and generating plasma explosion,forming shock wave and destructive force field.Electric pulse breaking is the most ideal intergranular breaking mode.It can not only break ore,but also produce propagation cracks and cracks on the mineral interface inside the ore,which can improve the mineral dissociation characteristics to a certain extent.Firstly,in order to study the mechanism of high-voltage pulse breaking magnetite quartzite ore dielectric,including the generation,development mechanism and space-time characteristics of plasma channel in depth The simulation of plasma channel generation and development process is carried out by using self-compiled software,and compared with the actual high-voltage pulse breaking magnetite-quartzite dielectric material.Development of high voltage pulse discharge breaking magnetite quartzite mineral equipment,mainly includes:designing and developing DC charging power supply to output+ 60KV and-60KV DC current;designing and developing 10-stage open full-inductance insulated Marx generator,its output voltage is 400 KV?600KV,output pulse energy is 4300J;Designing high voltage pulse trigger system,it is composed of trigger power supply and pulse transformer,and it can output 220KV voltage,experiments are carried out on spherical electrodes;Current and voltage measurement units of Marx generator are designed and developed.Finally,the crushing experiment of magnetite quartzite ore is carried out with the developed equipment and compared with mechanical crushing.The results show that the dissociation degree of magnetite quartzite broken by high voltage pulse discharge is higher than that by traditional mechanical method.This paper has certain scientific significance for the application of high voltage pulse breaking magnetite quartzite minerals and the improvement of the dissociation degree of ore monomer.
