With global warming, as well as an increase in extreme weather and People have become increasingly demanding meteorological services, meteorological industry is now leading to the development of meteorological service system needs to have a variety of business, covering a wide area, efficient and timely transmission of information and so on. The network access server of past meteorological service system is based on the particular application be developed, such specific business logic and the underlying communication modules are closely linked, and the lack of versatility, scalability and portability, resulting software needing to be repeated the underlying communication module in the development of other meteorological service system. Secondly the overall performance of past meteorological service system is low due to the small subject network access server load capacity, single pass data formats.For these reasons, on the basis of the researching of server communications-related technology, design and implementation of interactive scalable network access server based on meteorological services, and completed the design and implementation of the overall framework of the system and core functions. This paper analyzes the research background and describes the status of the domestic research on the subject, describes the issues associated with the theory and technical background, including presentation development environment, TCP/UDP protocol, multi-threading technology, I/O models pooling, load balancing principle and so on.Secondly, this paper describes the overall architecture of the network access server, the communication and message processing part of the server and from the server into an abstract framework for communication, collaboration describes the detailed design and functional modules within the framework between the various functional modules manner, and details the structure and function of which part of the key technologies of each module, and finally according to the three-tier system, introduces each module of network access server.Finally, on the basis of in-depth analysis of key technologies, the detailed elaboration of the design and implementation of each module of the server details, through the design and implementation of a common network communication module to load a large number of concurrent service requests, and through to extended weather service messaging protocol designed to achieve diversity, as well as the final deployment of the system is running on the server through the communication module stress testing to demonstrate the performance and stability of the network communications server, basically meeting the system design requirements. Finally, the work of this project to conduct a comprehensive summary and evaluation, and future research and development are discussed.
