Multi-server Queues With Priority

In this paper , we research the multi-server queueing system with priority, under preemptive and non-preemptive, we study several models. The multi-server queue system with priority has been studied by many researchers and many results have been obtained. However, the priority queueing system combining feedback, N-policy, arriving with balking, changeable service rate has not been studied.Under this circumstance, we study several models as follows: firstly, we study a preemptive multi-server queueing system with Bernoulli feedback; secondly, we research a preemptive multi-server queueing system with N-policy and two classes; at last, we consider a preemptive finite multi-server queue system with balking and changeable service rate. In the process of resolution, we use spectral expansion, generating function methods and derive the queue length distribution and some performance measures.
