Circulation enterprises and related services is an important part of national economy,they can be sustained, healthy, rapid and coordinated development of will directly restricts thestability of the economic and social development. At present, because of the expansion ofrapidly circulation enterprise data information, the traditional information service will be hardto achieve the demand of users. So, the space information technology is to solve the largeamount of data, such as different kinds of data in respect of a variety of problems. But as aresult of enterprise software mostly needs to pay a high cost price, and also has the limitationof tangible and intangible, but it is inconvenient for users. And, by contrast, open sourcesoftware is greatly different. With its source code open source software, version, liberalizationand free software itself got the attention of people. For now, the Openning-source occupies aplace in the development of GIS.In this paper, starting from the influence of open source software development of GIS, inview of the enterprise DBMS products such as high costing problems, many restrictions, inspatial database and spatial data model based on the theoretical connotation of the sourceobject-relational database PostgreSQL and its spatial data engine PostGIS on spatial datadesign of circulation enterprises. Is used to the open source GIS desktop software QGIS keycirculation enterprise application system development. Specific work is as follows:(1) The Open-source is discussed in the research status at home and abroad, andemphatically expounds the open-source DBMS application status and existing problems in theenterprise DBMS. Also on the theoretical connotation of spatial data model is discussed indeep mining.(2) According to the spatial data model and spatial database basic theory knowledge,application objects to relational database PostgreSQL and its spatial extension modulePostGIS,is used for specific GIS spatial database application program design.(3) The SHP, TAB, tif format of vector data and raster data warehouse management work.In order to guarantee the data consistency in the spatial database, the author this project thedata in the processing, unified coding and coordinates of standardization work.(4) On the basis of fully analyzing the Beijing city geography data and the characteristicsof key circulation enterprise data information as well as the Beijing city ShangWei specificrequirements analysis, focuses on using the open source GIS desktop software QGIS circulation development of the enterprise information management system.Through the above research, this article in view of the government departments andenterprises of small and medium-sized GIS projects, this paper proposes a solution based onthe open architecture. Comprehensive use of a variety of the current mainstream of opensource technology, completed the Beijing city key circulation enterprise informationmanagement system of spatial database design, data warehousing management, PostGIS datawith QGIS links, QGIS secondary development configuration and system research anddevelopment of the specific work. For building small and medium-sized GIS project providesa new train of thought and basis.
