With the high-speed development of the wireless Internet and GPS technology matures, the demand for the application of the geographical position becomes more and more widely. The traditional GIS dispatching software already can’t satisfy the needs of the people in new age, so the new generation GIS software is imminent.In this paper, the design of scheduling software of GISmakes traditional GIS, GPS and GIS video together to achieve the three-dimensional scheduling of geographic information.Traditional GIS dispatching software, pays more attention to the display of geographic information and geographic information entity of query and planning.The traditional GIS dispatching software for the entity’s display is based on the static data of database information, and login user cannot custom changes and replacement. In other words, it is the display of historical data.Traditional GIS dispatching for geographic information query and planning is based on historical data query and planning, and does not support dynamic data query and planning, that is to say, no matter how the environment changes, the traditional scheduling software of geographic information query of GIS and planning are the same.Traditional GIS dispatching software and user scheduling information interaction mainly adopt the way of short messages, and does not support the multimedia interaction.In this paper, in the design of a new generation of GIS dispatching platform, maps of the geographic information data is open source geographic information data of the company of OpenStreetMap, which supports custom editor for registered users, in which the map editor are not limited to traditional geographic information editor but also can add multimedia properties (support video and audio information can be integrated with the spatial entity).In this paper, design of GIS dispatching software support dynamic data query and planning, the static geographical information, custom geographic information (including video and audio information) information fusion and dynamic environment, so the system scheduling results more meaningful. In other words, in this paper, the results of scheduling tasks will change with the change of environmental factors, which is not always the same. In this paper, Design of the GIS dispatching system supports audio and video interaction with customers, which avoids the ambiguity of scheduling tasks fail text.In this paper the traditional GIS scheduling algorithms are also optimized. The order of the traditional GIS geographic information query algorithm optimization, is proposed based on memory dictionary tree way of information query, which greatly speeds up the query speed of geographic information entity;The traditional way of static path query of GIS based on dynamic data is changeinto a way of DSTAR pathfinding, although DSTAR pathfinding way performance is low, but checking out the optimal path is based on the real-time information of the optimal path and has strong practicability; The regional information query is Added, which can meet the demand of a particular user query.
