The dependence about research work on data is growing.The amount of data has become more and more large and complex.Therefore,the requirements on retrivaling,sharing and quality about data are increasing.But traditional data collation and collection work has been unable to meet the increasing demands of people.So,On this basis,Establish a management system for multi-source data is conform to the actual requirements. The of this system is based on the environmental data of Nanliu river which has been arranged, then use computer technology designed a Nanliu River environmental data management platform.This paper reviews the specific design of the overall program and part of the specific features about this management platform.This system formulate the structure of the system according to the needs of potential user.Technology of.net,Sqlserve,c#, html,gis and architecture on c/s and b/s,established a system for sharing,managing and caculating service about Nanliu river basin’s Environmental data.In order to achieve the demands of data management, user defined and data operation on this system.Because of the efficient database,People can convenient to query and access data.Currently, because of the sharing requirements about Nanliu river basin’s Environmental information,it is need to research a sharing and decison support about Nanliu river basin’s Environmental information,The research use the theory about data transimission,visual expression,knowledge sharing,and us Web knowledge,gis, data digital to achieve a cross-regional and cross-platform’s data acquisition, distribution, and analysis.the design of this system can achieve these following features:Firstly, the data are standardized to constructing a complete database, and published in order to achieve sharing funcation,people can accord to their own need to query and output the data.Secondly, a standardized management for the users of the system,in the system background,system administrator can achieve the overall control of system data and user through the funcation about users’ data and rights management and edit data.Lastly,people can obtained some information that they want by data statistics funcationg to operate the data in database.
