The ecological reclamation area of the dump, which is belongs to the opencast coalmine named AnTaiBao, is divided into different plots by what plants and acacia are planted in it. Based on the quadrat survey on these plots, several indicators, such as population dynamics, community characteristics, species diversity of the plots, and the relationship between these indicators and soil factor have been studied. During the study period, many analysis methods of quantitative ecology were adopted, such as population statistics, indices of biodiversity and associated analysis.Using the static life table method, analysis of Robinia pseudoacacia and all ocation under different plant population and update rules.The Robinia pseudoacacia tree height and DBH growth dynamics of a linear equation fitting, found a significant correlation between the DBH and height. According to DBH/height ratio size of Robinia pseudoacacia structure level of different configuration mode, accordingly constructing life tables and drawing the curve of life. Diversity and soil factors related analysis showed that, in addition to Shannon-Weiner index and 0-20cm soil available phosphorus content was significantly negatively correlated with soil (p<0.05), the richness index、Simpson index and The evenness index of Pielou were not correlated with soil factors.
