Saxaul Sparrow (Passer ammodendri) is one of representative species in the desert of Central Asia. It is a least reported specie of passerine (Passeriformes) Finch (Passeridae) genus sparrow (Passer) in currently. The research recording the behavior of Saxaul Sparrow and collecting the temperature data in different stages in their breeding period in Anxi Extra-arid Desert National Nature Reserve in Gansu, at April to August in2014. It could description and analysis Saxaul Sparrow breeding behavior rhythm, and then discusses the characteristics of the reproductive behavior of the Saxaul Sparrow in extremely arid desert environments. Through observation and research findings, Saxaul Sparrow Watcher behavior (25.91%) and Rationale nest behavior (21.12%) ratio is the most in 19 nests 220 hours of video of nesting period. The male of Saxaul Sparrow nests reasonable behavior (x2= 290.23, df=219, p= 0.005),grooming behavior (x2= 332.24, df=219, p=0.00), nest tweet behavior (x2= 316.02, df=219, p=0.00) and rye behavior (x2= 271.63,df=219, p=0.009) were significantly higher than the females of frequency in the nesting period. Saxaul Sparrow incubation (37.54%) and rye behavior (33.72%) was the largest proportion of behavior occurred in 8 nests 96 hours of video of incubation period. Saxaul Sparrow behavior was not significantly different frequency in the early, middle and late in the incubation period. There is no significant differences in male and female individuals of Saxaul Sparrow frequency in nest into view, the rationale for the nest, sitting nest, nesting behavior, no nesting behavior and the tweet behavior in the incubation period. But, the males of Saxaul Sparrow was Significantly higher than females in the rye and grooming frequency. Saxaul Sparrow feeding behavior (63.04%) and vigilance behavior (23.86%) is the most in 13 nests 226 hours of video of brooding period. There is no significant differences in male and female individuals of Saxaul Sparrow frequency in feeding behavior and check into the nest in brooding period. But, he males of Saxaul Sparrow was Significantly higher than females in vigilance behavior, Grooming, tweets and waiting. The average nest egg of select old nest which had nest material (n=5.2) was significantly higher than the average nest egg of select new nest (no nest material)(n=4.84.x2=235.81, df=193, p=0.018), but it had no effect (df=193, p> 0.05) on hatching rate and the fly rate. Saxaul Sparrow nests and alert behavior mainly at 8:00-9:00 am in nesting period. And Saxaul Sparrow sit nest, feeding and alert mainly at 10:00-11:30 am and 14:30-15:30 pm in incubation period and brooding period. The growth curve of Saxaul Sparrow nestling winged and tarsus compliance logistic curve. There was no significant difference between the first nest and second nest or male and female in the growth rate of Saxaul Sparrow nestling winged and tarsus.
