Ningbo’s market-guide price appraisal of sea area using for port wharf and industrial and urban construction have important significance in perfecting the price management system of the right to use maritime space.4. The establishment of the price system of the right to use maritime space in Ningbo focuses on the market-guide price and the benchmark price and the price management system is based on dynamic monitoring system on price information of the right to use maritime space, circulation mechanism of maritime market and the appraisal system of the price of the right to use maritime space.5.
