The Hemibarbus maculatus,belongs to Osteichthyes on taxonomy, Cypriniformes,minnow subfamily, It’s famous for the delicious taste, tender meat and widely distributed inour country. They are more expensive for small and medium freshwater consumption of fish(Cao Wenxuan,1992). Due to wide distribution, ecology, behavior and morphology varywidely, the location of the subfamily between systems, and the kinds of questions monophylyof phylogenetic relationships, is still a controversial problem. In this study, the mitochondrialcytochrome oxidase subunit (COI) is used as molecular markers for wild H. maculates ofHenan in molecular phylogeny and morphological studies. Haplotype diversity, nucleotide diversity, the average number of nucleotidedifferences were0.982,0.00871,8.053.(5)We use Chunghwa Spinibarbus mitochondrial genome as outgroup, with five kinds ofwild populations of H. maculates system genetic distance between haplotypes constructedphylogenetic tree, the analysis concludeds: genetic distance between Xinyang andZhumadian groups of wild H. maculates small, but both with the genetic distance Nanyang,Qihe bigger.(6)This study shows that DNA barcodes is suitable for Gobioninae of seven kinds ofindividual gene sequences for10subfamily Based COI minnow. It can be found preferably inthe region of the gene sequence of the species COI Gobioninae. Therefore, COI genesequences of the subfamily classification is an effective DNA barcode sequences. |
