Based on wildlife monitoring information and poaching loci information of SMART patrol system from Amur Tigers National Nature Reserve administration from2008to2013in Hunchun of Jilin, this study uses the habitat suitability index (HSI) model to analyze the distribution of sika deer, red deer, roe, wild pig, and northeastern rabbit and dangerous habitat distribution characteristics in Hunchun region, after we simulated the amur tigers potential suitable distribution in Hunchun referring to experts model of potential distribution region in Changbai Mountain and verified the result with amur tigers monitoring site information from2002to2013, divides the level of suitable habitat of east-northern tiger, and calculates the distribution of amur tigers suitable habitat. And then in order to search important reservations for amur tigers in Hunchun, according to regions governed by forestry jurisdiction we divide Hunchun region into forestry bureau of Hunchun, forestry bureau in Hunchun city, and Amur Tiger National Reserve in Hunchun of Jilin,, and further divide the forest region into16forest farm management area in terms of forestry management area selecting17factors which affects tigers live including habitat factors, forest management factors, protection factors, factors of regions governed by forestry jurisdiction and factors of residential point. And we use the method of biodiversity protection vacancy (GAP analysis) and the theory of golden section method to obtain importance evaluation index of the forestry business areas and evaluate the distribution of the amur tigers important reserves with forestry business areas as unit.1. The evaluations of suitable habitat and dangerous habitat of amur tigers and their preys:Statistics of the evaluation of poaching habitat threat level show:generally dangerous area of108.2square kilometers, accounting for2.5%of the forest area;less dangerous area of479.18square kilometers, accounting for11.2%of the forest area; dangerous area of105.75square kilometers, accounting for2.4%of the forest area; The amur tigers appropriate habitat is:the most suitable potential habitat (assignment in5-10)of63.27square kilometers accounting for1.47%of the Hunchun area, suitable habitat ((assignment in11-16) of572.46square kilometers accounting for13.33%of the Hunchun area, general suitable habitat (assignment in17-32) of2843.27square kilometers accounting for66.21%of the Hunchun area, unsuitable habitat (assignment in33-44) of814.69square kilometers accounting for18.97%of the Hunchun area.2. GAP analysis of the suitable habitat of amur tigers and their preys:The data of amur tigers and their preys total appropriate area percentage show that the forestry administration> reserve>city forestry bureau; distribution data within jurisdiction show that the average suitable habitat share in every jurisdiction is successively reserves in Hunchun region (39.5%)> forestry bureau in Hunchun (29.1%)> HunChun city forestry bureau (23.5%); the ratio of the dangerous habitat distribution within their respective jurisdictions is basically similar, but On the whole the dangerous habitat area of forestry bureau is largest accounting for64.3%of all dangerous habitats; we can see that comparing SMART patrol area with unpatrol area truly protected suitable habitat area only accounts for less than40%of suitable habitat area.3. The analysis of suitable habitat point density distribution in Hunchun:We divide suitable habitat distribution of amur tigers into four areas, respectively Yang bubble in reseves> chimney rock and gourd ditch in Madida border, northwest ditch and HuangBaishu in northwest ditch region and eagle rock in Chunhua region; green clay hollow and Sanren ditch in QingLongtai, Lanjia, west ditch of LanJiaTangzi and NiuXinDingzi in Chunhua border, northwest of Jinquan post;Daliudao ditch in ChunHua, the middle of five gap and the lower of Sidao ditch and Sandao ditch and Erdao ditch in the river and mountain, GanGouzi in Heshan, Heshan, large waste valleys, forest farm governed by HaDamen village inYingan border;big waste valleys, betel nut groove in the border of liberation, the bay gully and Hengshanzi ditch in liberation area, Daiwang ditch in cold water in addition to the Xiaopan ridge and cave area in Dapan ridge in the border of Jingxin and Banshi. 4. The evaluation of amur tigers protection importance in forestry business areas.Based on the characteristics of distribution of important reserves of the siberian tigers, important reserves of the amur tigers have been divided into in Hunchun into:high scores regions of big waste valleys, liberation area, Liangshui region; high scores regions of northwest ditch, MaDida, Wudao ditch, Sandao ditch; high scores regions of Lanjia, QingLongtai. The paper hasn’t involved SMART patrol in the reserves of big waste valleys, liberation regions and Liangshui region. It shows that the regions is a f blank space which isn’t under protection...
