Bacteria SPPB-3is a discovery from the soil and potentially producingisolates obtained agricultural antibiotics. The bacterial metabolites against severalcommon agricultural disease bacteria have antibacterial, which for Botriytis cinerea90%inhibitory effect, while the Pyricularia oryzae and Sphaerotheca fuliginea,70%of the results. This paper studies the bacterial metabolites SPPB-3early physical andchemical properties, combined with the determination of the biological activitytracking method, found in vitro for the Pyricularia oryzae has the best inhibitoryeffect. Through its effects on bacteria tracking rice blast fungus, using a number ofdifferent analytical methods separations, including solvent extraction, ion exchange, macro porous resin, gel permeation chromatography, and thin-layer chromatographyof secondary metabolites the product was isolated, initially a more purified samplewas obtained. In this paper, a method eventually established reasonable SPPB-3purified bacterial secondary metabolites.
