Construction And Application Of Wuhan Tourism Geographic Information System Which Based On Web Technology

Tourism Geographic Information System (TGIS) is the important products in the process of tourism industry information. TGIS possess the ability of integration, processing, analysis, showing of tourism geographic information which have a huge help to tourists, tourism management department and tourism practitioners. In contemporary, TGIS study is very important.on the one hand, TGIS implementation techniques are relatively backward performance, and on the other hand, the new technology of TGIS construction like the Maps API portal services and RIA (Rich Internet Applications) class software technology is rapidly maturation.In light of this, this paper case of Wuhan City, explore and research Wuhan Tourism Geographic Information System and applications with new technologies and new ideas. In summarizing the previous study based on literature research process and sort out the further research achievements of TGIS, we clarified the concept and content of TGIS. Starting from the real case and monographs, analyzes the organizational structure, the system architecture and functional demands of TGIS, at the same time,this paper also want to clear the structure, layout, content of TGIS from a model. At the part of achieving technology, this paper choose Baidu Maps API and ASP.NET which close to TGIS era implementation techniques as the achieving technology, and give a detailed analysis and presentations of this technology roadmap. In the part of system application, this article from the characteristics of the system itself, explored the specific applications of tourists, tourism managers and tourism practitioners. At the future of rapid development of mobile Internet, Wuhan travel geographic information system mobile applications were conceived and Prospects in this study.
