Cadastration is the basis that must be do well of land management. With theappearance of new technologies, new methods, traditional method has been not adaptto new situations. GPS is a technical with small error, and do not need complexmanual operation, in terms of land surveying and mapping, made by a wide range ofuse.First of all it studyed GPS, RTK technology, analyses the characteristics of newtechnology, the measurement conditions of GPS, RTK technology. Within the practiceof Huanghua City’s cadastral survey, it has established the system of measurementwith GPS layout first control net, RTK detail measurement, total station and the rulerto supplement. Through the practice, validate that the new measurement technique andmeasurement scheme satisfies the requirements of cadastral measurement accuracy,reduce labor intensity, improve the efficiency of Surveying and mapping.This paper focuses on the use of GPS and RTK technology in complexenvironment, proposed a combined measurement based on RTK(VRS) and TotalStation, obtain the transformation formula in3dimensional coordinates from themeasured coordinates to the cadastral coordinates. It is proved by practice, inHuanghua plain area, especially in where the satellite’s signal is sufficient, CadastralControl and detail survey speed is not other mapping method to compare, accuracy canmeet the requirements of cadastral measurement. In urban complex environment,combined measurement method can completely meet the requirements of cadastralsurvey, at the same time to avoid heavy work of control measurement, improve thespeed of measurement greatly.
