Geological Hazard Effects On Regional Agricultural Production System And The Mechanism Of Post-disaster Restoration And Research

With the increasing pressure of environment caused by the evolution of theglobal natural environment and human activities, the geological disasters outbreakincreasingly frequent, and also bring deeper and broader harm. Geological disaster isthe consequence affected by a variety of natural and man-made geological influenceand the affected objects, which brings great harm to the agricultural productionsystem. The restoring force of agricultural production system is a comprehensivecapability that how agricultural production system reacts to the disturbance ofgeological disasters within a certain area, as well as the possibility to improve suchkind of ability through its adjustment. Understanding of the restoring force ofagricultural production system after the geological disasters helps us to deal with thegeological disasters in rural areas, as a result, the study of this problem is of greatsignificance.Based on the basic structure of agricultural production systems, this thesisdiscussed about the influence of agricultural production factors caused by thegeological disasters, then, it induces the formation of geological hazards and theeffect of law that geological disasters exert on the agricultural production system. Onthis basis, it defined the concept of restoring force of agricultural production system,and based on the principles of evaluation of restoring force, it combines thequalitative analysis and quantitative analysis and uses the analytic hierarchy processto establish the evaluating index system of the restoring force of agriculturalproduction system after the geological disasters. To establish indicators from the fourdimensions of environmental conditions, emergency management, financemanagement and social service, combining the scaled measuring method and theinvestigation method of experts to calculate the index weight, taking Hunan provinceas an example, it has carried on the empirical analysis. Finally it puts forward thecountermeasures and the suggestions of the improvement of the restoring force ofagricultural production system.
