Gold Force Geological Disaster Relief Capacity Building Research Under The Background Of Adjust The Transformation

Geological disasters have currently become a serious problem which influences theurban and rural construction and people’s living environment in our country. To effectivelycontrol and reduce the harm of geological disasters, ensuring the safety of people’s lives andproperty and the sustainable development of regional economy and society, our country’semergency rescue force construction has constantly been enhanced, especially armed forces’sfunction in rescue commando.According to the spirit of Law[2011]No.43document, the construction of “geologicaldisaster emergency rescue team” is an important composing portion of Gold of Armed PoliceForce functions. On the target adjustment after the transformation of the gold unit functions,this paper preliminary studies the construction of Gold force to participate in nationalgeological disaster emergency rescue ability,around the gold troops rescue task type, scaleand capacity building of forces into, organization, cooperation and comprehensivesupport,according to the analysis of the Gold force professional nature and based on themany rescue operations.We plan to establish three types of teams of geological disasterrescue, risk assessment, engineering management,in order to make the personnel highqualified, equipment completed,and to achieve fast response and flexibility in geologicaldisaster rescue.We should have the ability of bearing the hidden danger investigation andcontrol of geological disasters, to form a rapid, efficient, united, scientific geological disasteremergency rescue force.
