Study On Problems And Rehabilitant Countermeasures For Guangxiislands On Problems And

The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region located in southwestern of our country, which is the most convenience transport channel in south-west China as well as the linking part of resource-based economy of the west and open-oriented economy of the southeast, plays an important role in economic communication of China and Southeast Asia. As the development strategy of Beibu Bay rising to national strategy, with the development of coastal cities of Guangxi speed up, the port construction, coastal industry, urbansewerage projects, reclamation engineering also develop quickly and the area of sea for engineering expands continuously which leads to increasingly outstanding contradiction of islands with adjacent sea area and independent natural ecology and many islands were destroyed, deteriorated and disappeared. Simultaneously, the function of islands as the base of marine resources improves constantly and island economy enters a new developing stage. It is important for protecting the Guangxi islands according to the problems and rehabilitant countermeasures to conclude the theory of island repair, explore the mechanism and technology of island repair and put forward the conception of rehabilitation fitting for the island of Guangxi and scientifically rational repair measures.In this paper, taking ecology and restoration ecology principle and practice as a guiding, by analyzing the island repair progress of domestic and international, we explored the island and the relevant theory of island restoration. While analyzing the degenerate problems and interfering factors of degradation of the islands, we pointed out that the characteristics of degradative islands, will degenerate the island to divide into four ranks. We summarized the mechanism methods and repair techniques of island repair, and pointed out the model type, technology system and primary rehabilitant countermeasures.By field survey of Guangxi islands, combined with the relevant departments of the Marine, we summarized the information as a basic data sources, following the principles of integrity, consistency and authenticity. Analyzing the specific status of the island of Guangxi and pointing out we put forward the problems that the islands faced and grade the degradation of the island so as to ensure the repair model and the adoptive technical means can be taken on the main island of Guangxi. Guangxi islands will be divided into four levels, and was summarized the features, so as to identify the situation and problems.Finally, we studied the rehabilitation countermeasures for Guangxi islands and analyzed the restoration for ecosystem of Guangxi islands. Then, we analyzed the rehabilitant countermeasures of ecological system and proposed management views and evaluation criteria after the repair. Taking Small Pig island、Malan island、San dao、Lao Ya island as an example, based on field surveys and information provided by relevant departments, we made a comprehensive analyze of the status of the island and problems it faces and proposed the rehabilitant technology and mode for the four islands so as to guidance of the smooth implementation of the safeguard measures repair, which provide a reference for the restoration of Guangxi Island.
