As an effective means for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,sports rehabilitation therapy has been paid more and more attention by the national policy and recognized by the public.Handlebars are the basic components of the structure of sports rehabilitation products.As a human-computer interaction interface in which users have direct contact behaviors in the process of sports rehabilitation,the comfort of its design seriously affects the user experience and the play of product functions.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the application of ergonomics in handlebar design of sports rehabilitation products to improve product usability and user experience.In this paper,based on ergonomics theory,the study of ergonomics in motor recovery product specific application in the design of handle and reflect,from two aspects: the perceptual and the rational analysis of exercise rehabilitation product handle man-machine comfort design factors,combine the semantic differential method,using CATIA man-machine simulation is applied to the step of rehabilitation training device handle design process,the final design conforms to the user using the desired step trainer handle design.Firstly,the background of the research is introduced.Based on the theory of ergonomics,the related elements of ergonomics and the handle design of sports rehabilitation products are analyzed.Secondly,in the form of case studies,the handle of sports rehabilitation products is classified and analyzed from three perspectives,namely,the position of action,the way of use and the appearance characteristics of sports rehabilitation products.The existing problems of sports rehabilitation products are explored through user investigation,so as to explore the research direction ofhuman-machine comfort of the handle of sports rehabilitation products.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the perceptual factors affecting the emotional shaping of the handle of the sports rehabilitation products,including the users,the environment and the target products,puts forward the design principles of the perceptual factors of the handle of the sports rehabilitation products,and establishes the design method of the perceptual factors of the handle of the sports rehabilitation products by means of semantic difference.Based on the analysis of the rational factors affecting the physiological comfort of the handle of sports rehabilitation products,including the anatomy of the hand,anthropometric hand data and the movement mode of the hand,the design principles of the rational factors of the handle of sports rehabilitation products were proposed,and the design method of the rational factors of the handle of sports rehabilitation products was established by CATIA man-machine simulation.Finally,taking the handle of step rehabilitation trainer as the research object,the design practice was completed by using the design method of handle perceptual factor and rational factor,and combining the design principles of handle perceptual factor and rational factor of sports rehabilitation product.
