Groundwater is an important source of water supply in Beijing. Rapid economic development, in the meantime, protection of water resources is significant. To achieve both economic development and protection of water resources, on the one hand the rational exploitation of groundwater, conserve water resources, prevention of ground water pollution; the other hand will have to take full account of the capability of groundwater.Reviewing the research experience of the previous about groundwater pollution and groundwater environmental capacity, this paper focuses on the specific environmental capacity that is in specific time, in particular given the regional groundwater quality to meet the target conditions, the maximum amount that some pollutants enter in a specific aquifer. In this paper, make use of computer programming achieve the coupling of artificial intelligence algorithms and numerical simulations, finally, calculate the specific environmental capacity for target area of a particular source.Based on the above ideas, first, combine borehole data and the information of profiles. Based on the study of geological, hydrogeological conditions, establish a hydrogeological conceptual model, and make use of Visual modflow software to establish the numerical simulation model of groundwater flow. Based on the flow numerical simulation model, utilize the particle tracking techniques to determine the relationship between the third water plants and the pollution sources, and ascertain the range of capture, and then to determine the study area of the solute model is 84.08km2,?Based on field surveys of the Solute model area to determine the type of pollution sources, one is point sources like landfills and another one is planar pollution like industrial pollution and pollution of life. Combine the current situation of Groundwater pollution to determine the pollution factors are nitrate and chloride ions. Finally, make use of MT3DMS package to establish a solute transport model in some certain period, Utilize the SCE (Shuffled Complex Evolution) algorithm coupled with MT3DMS, in the situation of the nitrate and chloride ions in the area of the third water plants do not exceed the Class III water ((water quality standards) GB/T14848-93), calculate the maximum total emissions of Tiancunnorth, Beiwucuneast, Xirancun landfill sites.Utilize the Coupled model of the SCE algorithm and the numerical model of a typical simulation model to calculate the specific environmental capacity of the target area. Beiwucuneast: NO3-N 19.34 t / a, Cl-241.87 t / a; Tiancunnorth: NO3-N 42.69 t / a, Cl-443.48 t / a; Xirancun: NO3-N 21.75 t / a, Cl-299.15 t / a.
