Chinese middle & small-sized manufacture enterprise is the national economy's important constituent and it is playing the more and more vital role. The network marketing is one marketing method that the enterprise with the aid of the Internet technology, by the new way, the method and the idea, effectively facilitates individual and the organization achieving their goals. How to well associate the enterprises and network marketing just is this article research content.The main part of this article is divided into four parts.The first part of this article introduced this paper research background, the practical significance and the research goal.
