| How to increase peasants'revenue and realize the harmonizing development between city and rural is a new and big task of party committee and government in every grade. As a big agriculture country, we should use every means to increase peasants' revenue and improve the status of peasants; this has very important and basic position for building socialism new rural.Peasant is the nuclear of "three farmings", while the fundamental queation of peasants is revenue. The slow-moving of peasants' revenue is the key question influencing our economic and social development, especially the slow-moving of peasants' revenue in main viand production area, this is not only related to the overall phase of constructing moderate society, but also severely influence the food safty of our country, this is also very important for the stable and coordinative development of the whole society.JiLin province is one of the major foodstuff pruduction areas in our country; the development of JiLin agriculture has important stratigical meaning for guarding the foodstuff safty of our country and the development of our society. The net income of JinLin peasants appears fluctuation these years; it has been a very important reason of influencing coordinating development beteen city and country.The thesis is divided into four parts, the research target is " increasing revenue of peasants in JiLin province, the foothold is the reality of "three farming". This paper conducts comprehensive discussion and research on the present income situation of JiLin peasants and the ways of raising JiLin peasants' revenue from many aspects through comparing and analyzing.
