The Analysis And Evaluation On The Competitive Power Of China Postal Finance

The global finance business is now facing a completely new competitive situation. The trend that the global finance business tends to liberalize, globalize and electronize has presented China's postal finance business with the same complex and flexible competition as other commercial banks. Likewise, China's postal finance business is now confronting unprecedentedly intense competition along with the deepening of the postal finance reform, China's accession to the WTO, the great influence information technology exerts upon finance business and the diversification of customer's needs. That is why it has become a hot issue in the finance field how to improve competitive power and how to survive competition.This dissertation mainly investigates the connotation of the postal finance's competitive power, the approaches to analyze and evaluate the current situation of it and the effective strategies to enhance it.Based on the theories about enterprise competitive power, I take into account the internal and external conditions, advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and challenges of China's, postal finance and the competitive situation with other competitors; evaluate the competitive power of China's postal finance; establish the evaluation index system for China's postal finance business through the Layer Analysis Approach; and elaborate the interrelationships between the resource, capacity, and environment elements of the 30 indexes.
