The Research About BSC Applied To Build KPI System Of China Life Insurance Company

Since China having joined WTO, the more markets open, the more intense competition of China enterprises face. Scientific and effective performance management is the key to win in the intense competition because the gap of capital and technology is more and more small. In this paper according to related theories of performance management and applying these theories to reality, I research how to establish performance appraisement system for the Chinese Life Insurance Company. I hope I can offer some helpful references for other enterprises.First, this paper has elaborated the way of thinking, purpose, meaning and the background of research. Now though many enterprises have established performance appraisement system, but effect is not as good as expect. The major reason lies in the deviation of understanding and not accomplishment in practice according to local conditions. The purpose of the research of this paper is to find methods to establish a performance appraisement based on reality.Secondly, this paper has elaborated related theory of performance management. Accompanying the development of enterprises, performance management has developed from simple performance appraisement to the important enterprise strategic management tool.
