And it brings serious casualties and a big loss on economic. In view of this, car insurance which can provide economic security attract attention of people from all fields. From the insurance industry, the car insurance business has occupied70%in the property insurance company according to the insurance industry. And the car insurance has deservedly become to the major insurance of the property company. However, in recent years some problems about car insurance are ofen been made public, such as the problem about car insurance terms which triggered a lasting disturbance in society. On one side these phenomenon reflect people’s high attention, on the other side they reflect that there are many problems in car insurance business. And these questions have led to the misunderstanding and discontented of consumers, which is blocked the car insurance business operation.On the background of this fact,I have done a system and comprehensive research on the car insurance market and through my research I summarized the actuality on the management of car insurance. To solve these problems, I put forward some policy suggestions under the reference of the advanced experience that comes from the perfet car insurance market of United States, Britain and Japan. Meanwhile, I considered the actual situation of the car insurance market of our country. Based on this.I put forward some countermeasures on car insurance business to promote its Sustainable development. Such as the related laws and regulations of the car insurance market, the supervision of car insurance, the information disclosure of the car insurance market, the products of the car insurance, the sale channels of the car insurance, the management of the properly insurance company which runs the car insurance and so on.
