"Fostering children to defend aged", which in traditional Chinese society is a matter of course, and also is the tradition virtue of China. However, in ageing, modernization and urbanization wave impact, China's rural families is from mainstay family or joint family to nuclear family in the process of gradual transforming, the old-age concept has undergone enormous changes. No maintenance or support for the elder elderly and inadequate family pension disputes are escalating in the country. Hard life of rural people is not protected. The text defines the concept of family pension model on the basis of the theoretical point of the family pension. The text use for conference the point of these scholars .With review of certain villager in Heilongjiang province, the text studied the causes that the elderly do not be supported in rural areas, and described the plight of the rural elderly and critical need of family pension in the present, and concludes with some specific implementation project of reconstructing family pension model, so that more farmers can spend their later years.The text first provides a summary of the current status of rural pension. With the advent of ageing, the ageing of our rural region is more serious than city. From the view of elderly population amount, there is national ageing population of sixty-five percent in the rural areas, the absolute amount of rural population is 1.7 times of ageing population in the city. From the view of growth rate, with the transfer of the rural middle of surplus labor to cities, the rural population ageing is faster than the growth of cities.
