Since the reform and opening policies was put in practice , China's economy has achieved prominent increase performance. But the increasing enlargement of regional disparities is always a besetting economic development problem . To solve it, our government put forward and implemented"Development strategy of the western region"and"Development strategy of revitalizing old industrial base in northeast china", With a view to resolving the increasing problem of the imbalance of regional economic development. But, as time goes by, especially since the implementation of the western development strategy in 1999, annual average economic growth rate of the central region has become the slowest in china's four major regions. The central region's economic development is not only the development problem of the local region, but also a decisive systemic problem of the solution to chinese regional disparities and social harmony . In our country's economic structure, the central region is a varying economic region, from the original 9 provinces and to now 6 recognized central provinces, this change reflects the alteration track of our country's regional economic development strategy, from unbalanced development to balanced development. More and more scholars have begun to think how to achieve economic development of the central region in the background of today's economic globalization, implementation of the coordinated development of regional strategies. This paperis intended to solve the problem by using the newest theories and the research results for reference through empirical analysis .Regional disparities in the world are widespread phenomenon of economic development, Its theory and research methods are continually achieving new progress.
