Studies On The Difference Between Income Of The City And Countryside

During the China two conventions in 2006,the disparity between assignment and income becomes one of the focal point questions. According to expert estimation, the disparity in income assignment between the urbane and countryside contribute to the income disparity in our country by 40%. The city and countryside income disparity gets more and more attention from all walks of life. It is becoming the focal point of the society. Since the socialist transformation especially the reform and open policy in our country, the city and countryside income disparity has not been reduced along with the establishment of the modern industrialization system and the enhancement in urbanization. In contrast, it is expanded unceasingly with the establishment of the market economy system and intensifies of the market competition. It has affected the effective start of the domestic demand and the comprehensive solution to the problem of the farmer. And it is also restricting the comprehensive well-off society construction and the object that the entire society shares achievement of the development. So it is becoming one of the practical questions and academic tasks needing to be solute. The government and all walks of life should give much heed to the problem.This text use the Marxist dialectical thinking method and modern science analytical method to investigate the disparity problem from five respects at present, by studying a large amount of documents and materials carefully:The first part, as the introduction of this article, has combed the difference in the income disparity between the urbane and countryside, and has pointed out the current prospect and the forecast of the research of this problem.The second part reviewed the history which the disparity produced, and abstractly analyzed the main characteristic and the negative effect which disparity produced, and it also pointed out our country current studied three big background factors the disparity faced.The third part analyzed the historicity and the feasible reason which the income disparity produced from the different angle and the analytic hierarchy.
