Research On The Evaluation System Of Service Quality Of Logistics Enterprise

With the high speed of the world economy, the status of industry is continuously increasing in national economy and social living. The managers have realized that logistics is more important than before in the enterprise development, logistics is the third facet of profit.While the service quality is the lifeline of service enterprises. The studying on logistics service quality can not only promote the progress of management science, for the healthy development of national economy, but also help logistics enterprises to obtain solidified market rival superiority.The studying of logistics service quality on European country industry experienced the orthodox management, the industrialization mode and client trend and so on. More attention has been paid to the service quality of logistics industry in China, but the concerning study and practice are almost blank. It analyses the service result, service process, service results with the methods such as SERVQUAL, SERVPERF etc. Then this article comprehensive evaluate on it and at last put forward the using of the evaluation system of service quality.On the base of the inheriting the foundation of people of the standpoints, this article builds up the evaluation system of service quality of logistics center of the customer specially.This article aims to resolving actual problem of the evaluation of logistics service quantity and builds up the viable evaluation system of logistics service quality. The evaluation system of service quality not only pays attention to the result of the service quality, but also pays attention to the ability on provide for service and the realization to service.The article enriches the theories of the contents of the logistics service quantity, and has certain reference value on the quality management for the logistics enterprise.
