Research On Effective Evaluation And Diagnosis For Production System

The competition among modern enterprises has been turned from products to capability. Accordingly, as the foundation of competition of the industrial enterprises, the production system had pursued its low cost and high efficiency in the past and pursues its quality and ability now, that is to say, from paying attention to its usefulness to emphasizing its effectiveness. But which kind of production system is effective? How to evaluate and choose an effective production system in the planning, designing and constructing decision stage, how to evaluate and diagnose the effectiveness of the production system in the operation stage, which is a problem needed to be urgently solved. But many researches in the past are only being used for analyzing and evaluating the function of production system. It is very few to study and offer corresponding evaluation theories, methods and tools from facing the whole course of planning, designing, constructing and operation, the best disposition of effective degree and the establishment of competitive strategy for the production system. According to this, there are some main problems discussed in this dissertation as follows:(1) Analyzing the evolvement of demanding influence factors and competitive factors, discussing the typical models of production system and elaborating the evolving rules and tendency of production system, so as to lay a foundation for the production system's effective evaluation.(2) On the basis of researching a lot of internal and external documents, defining the concept and meaning, illustrating the evaluating purposes and criterions and setting up the evaluation index system for the effectiveness of production system.(3) Through detail comparison and analysis with many evaluation methods, this paper adopts multi-step evaluation method to evaluate dynamically production system's effectiveness, according to the judging standard in the each step to diagnose the effectiveness for production system.(4) Finally validating the theory and method which the paper proposed by exemplification.This paper adopts multi-step method mode to set up evaluation method system of multilevel hierarchical closed loop for production system's effectiveness and set up the limited index standard and qualified judging standard in the each step, forming throwaway test and stage-by-stage hierarchical (every stage, every index layer) judging system, so as to make ending evaluation and phased evaluation, diagnosing evaluation and dynamically seeking excellent course combine organically. The researches of this article have many theoretical innovation and practical meanings to the development of evaluation mode and evaluation system in the past, as well as establishing production system's evaluation theory and method system.
