Financial Appraisal Model Construction About Investment Value Of Chinese Listed Companies

As the securities market is booming, it is becoming an important part of financial market, attracts the financers, investors and the managers with its unique function and charm, and investment in stocks has been a hot spot in personal investment. How to measure the investment value of listed companies from different angels is a question which the organization investor and the ordinary investor are both confronted with.This paper aims to study how to construct financial appraisal model about investment value of Chinese listed companies. This article has five chapters to elaborate. The first chapter describes the research background and the significance of this research;The literature summarize of the investment value analysis of listed companies and the research frame and innovations. The second chapter is analysis of related factors related with investment value from macroscopic factors analysis, including financial policy and monetary policy's influence to the stock market;Central analysis, including industry analysis and position analysis. The third chapter is the microscopic analysis. Through analysis of factors we can know more about the enterprise investment value, to prepare for the accurate financial indexes. The fourth chapter is empirical analysis and the conclusion is drawn in the fifth chapter. It first uses empirical method of non-parameter examination, makes a study on the investment value, and selects the indexes which can reflect the investment value, then uses the logical regression analysis to determine the financial appraisal model of investment value.Thus guarantees the benefit of the investor and others related people.The research indicate that the accuracy is much more improved by synthesizing two analysis methods and two stages research than by making either one of them. Besides, regression model is established, which has certain applicable value.
