Research On Listed Companies' Financial Compositive Evaluation Based On Grey System

With the development of the capital market and security market of our country, the comprehensive state of the financial affairs of listed company is noticed by more and more persons who are correlated with the interests. The creditors wish to withdraw the capital that they lend, the investors want to make the rational investment decision, and the managers hope that they can get more profit. Therefore, they pay more attention to the financial comprehensive appraisal of the listed company. How to evaluate the comprehensive financial affairs of listed company in a scientific and rational way is an important subject in the theory and practice of the finance management at present. The financial comprehensive appraisal is developed on the basis of the appraisal by single financial indicator. A method of financial comprehensive appraisal is first proposed by Wal. From then on, the research work on financial comprehensive appraisal of was deeper and wider. More attention is paid to the discussion of the comprehensive appraisal method of the financial affairs in the research. But all these methods have many disadvantages. In order to solve these disadvantages, a more scientific and rational financial comprehensive appraisal method should be proposed.The grey system refers to the system in which some information is clear and some information is unclear. It is different from the white system in which all information is completely clear and different from the black system in which all information is completely unclear. Seriously, the grey system is absolute, and the white system and the black system are relative. The comprehensive state of the financial affairs of listed company is a grey system. It is exactly an important characteristic for a grey system to handle problem by using incomplete grey information. So the relevant knowledge of grey system is used to appraise the comprehensive financial situation of listed company in this text. A comprehensive appraisal method of the financial affairs is proposed. Two models are set up and studied practically. The result of this study shows that this method has obvious advantages and it can overcome many disadvantages of the traditional methods. The analysis course is more scientific and rational, so the outcome is more correct and this result will be more useful for people to make decisions. These advantages of the method and the grey characteristic of most things in our world indicate this method will not be ignored in the future.
