At present, to build the Eco- Industrial Park is considered as a feasible way, which solves the industry pollution and the environment protection. The key point of an Eco-Industrial Park's survival for a long-term is whether can obtain the approval of the market after entering the market or not. The financing ability of the enterprises in the park is strong or weak which can affect the entire park management development directly. Therefore the research of Eco-Industrial Park-new form industrial park's enterprise financing is necessary extremely. Formerly, the researches both at home and abroad are rather limited by Eco-Industrial Park's specific construction, the technological development, the procedure of operation and so on. But it lacks some researches and investigations about the enterprise's financing in Eco-Industrial Park. Up to now, there aren't any forming theories on how to finance for the enterprises in Eco-Industrial Park. So this article aims to do some useful attempt in this field. And it will be the research area of the Ecology Industry Park development in the future.First, the article applies economics and games theory to research Eco-Industrial Park and enterprise's symbiosis relations in the Eco- Industrial Park. This part is a basement for commensal financing in Eco-Industrial Park. Next on the base of problems which our predecessors analyzed difficulties in small&medium business's financing by utilizing the theory of credit ration, this article puts forward a new conception of commensal financing mode. And then it reveals the essence of enterprises' commensal financing mode which on the base of financing chain that forms from by-product supply chain that the small&medium businesses entering Eco-Industrial Park through making cooperation with the big enterprises. Finally according to symbiosis theory, starting from three basic factors of constructing the symbiosis network, this article proposes countermeasures, which can optimize enterprises' commensal financing mode.Through the article's analysis, we can reach a conclusion. Because of the existence of symbiosis network in Eco-Industrial Park, it strengthens enterprise's credit degree and heightens of payment probability. It also solves the problem in small&medium business's financing which owing to small&medium business' scale and information non-symmetry, banks usually carry out credit rationing. This is an important innovation theory in the field which solves difficulties in small medium business's financing. The analysis of this article has many theoretical innovation and practical meanings to the former research of Eco-Industrial Park and small&medium businesses' financing. |
