The Synthetic Evaluation Analysis On The Construction Of Partial Ecology Model District In Jiangxi Province

Based on the systematic elaboration of the ecology economy theoryand the synthetic evaluation theory and method, this paper has carried on synthetic evaluation analysis to ten ecology model districts construction situation inJiangxi Province.About the synthetic evaluation, this dissertation has mainly outlined its method and elaborated the TOPSIS Method and the Linear Distribution Method ,studying the problem on the rank reversal of TOPSIS and proposing one kind of improvement in the Linear Distribution Method. The method on normalizing some kinds of targets is stated in the paper.Combining the the ecology economy theory, the sustainable development theory with the synthetic evaluation theory and referring to many domestic and foreign scholars and experts' research results , the author established a set of Jiangxi Province ecology model district construction situation evaluation target system in view of their actual situation. Unifying the subjective and objective weights, the various targets' weights of target level is determined by use of the two weights' combination .The different evaluation methods also probably obtain different results to the identical object. So the paper carried on the evaluation analysis by use of 0—1 TOPSIS method. Contrasting the Simple Additive Weighting Method, the two result basically maintained the arrangement direction uniformity.
