A Economic Study Of Compensation Standard Of Land Requisition System

Land requisition system, especially the compensation standard of land requisition, is widely witnessed home and abroad. The land requisition system study ,which refers to a lot of eco-social problems, such as social justice , interest confliction, social stabilization , ecological problems due to land requisition, has profound significance goes far into the future.We study land requisition system in new phase of eco-social development, aiming at putting the Scientific Development Concept into effect, guaranteeing social stabilization, constructing new socialist countryside communities, protecting cultivated land rigorously.The land requisition system has been studied in economy and institution point of view. On the basis of history retrospection of the land requisition system in China, comparison home and abroad, we find the hidden problems of land requisition system, and put forward the solutions and proposals.The economics based study shows that the land requisition system gives rise to several socioeconomic problems, such as the low efficiency of land allocation, doing harm to rural collective as well as the fanner lost -land, etc . The study in view of institution indicates that the most serious problem of the land requisition system is that the compensation standard and settlement for farmer-lost-land which dates back to planning economy of China in1950s,does not respond to the socio-economy...
