Research On Inhabitant Income Margin Of Shaanxi Province

Nowadays, the government is focusing on building well-off Shaanxi, safe Shaanxi, ecological Shaanxi and good faith Shaanxi. It is put in a significant position among overall works to build a harmonious society in Shaanxi Province. Income margin of various groups with different benefits has aroused the high concern, but the views of different people to income margin at present are respectively different, some believe that the polarization has already emerged; some think the current income margin is still normal. The different judgments lead to different policy recommendations or the different media tendency, so to promote the development of Shaanxi Province harmonious society, it is necessary to empirically analyze and judge the current status of Shaanxi income margin and to construe the reasons that how it posed and the influence it can carry on. How to deal with this problem will affect the stable development of Shaanxi economy and society .According to this fact, this paper chooses make researchon the residential income margin of Shaanxi as a subject.The paper use the system of indicators including the Gini coefficient, Theil index, Kuznets index and Ahluwalia index to make empirical analysis on Shaanxi Province income disparities changes since 1990, and discuss causes and effects of Shaanxi Province income status. Then according to the results of the analysis, writer is willing to present policy recommendations to provide the valuable reference for building a harmonious Shaanxi Province.The paper consists of introduction , the main text and the conclusion .The main text is divided into four parts.First part provides an overview of research to the problem of income margin. To begin with, the writer comprehensively integrate the research results of income margin in resent years, and it provides the knowledge preparation and the theoretical analysis frame of income margin for this study.The second part focuses on empirical analysis on income disparities in Shaanxi Province.Until now,the economy of Shaanxi Province is still a typical binary structure, but the theoretical approach to specialize in calculating urban and rural mixed Gini coefficient has not obtained a better solution.
