Management of human resources is the center content of modern enterprises. Intellectual capital has become the decisive factor of the success of enterprise, playing a more and more important role. This article expatiates the important effects of private enterprises on the national economy, analyzing the current situations of human resources and finally bringing forward the relative countermeasures.Part one: the significance of human resources to the private enterprisesPrivate enterprises is the indispensable part of the national economy. However, comparing to the state-owned enterprises and the foreign enterprises, private enterprises are usually constrained by the state policies and systems. Coming into the intellectual economy times, human resources are getting more important than any other material and natural resources, becoming the main producing factor and social treasure. Facing the changes of the market, private enterprises need to realize the significance of human resources, so as to survive and develop in the competitive economy.Part two: the current situations of human resources in private enterprisesIn China, there are more short-life private enterprises than excellent and long-life private enterprises, and the average life of them is two years and nine moths. The lethal reason of their failure is not their lack of consciousness of hidden dangerous of the market, but because their management of human resources. In most private enterprises, there is no scientific and reasonable human resources management systems, which is really adapt to the Chinese situations. Consequently, many problems occurs, making it difficult to maintain and develop.Part three: analyzing of the current situations of human resources in private enterprisesCurrently , more than ninety percent the Chinese private enterprise are family enterprises, and most of them are managed in a family way. In the initial period, there are many superiorities in certain scopes of its operation.
