Study On The Exploitation Of Red Tourism Resource In Gansu Province

Recently, with the tourism's developing, the tourism products and services demands' more diversification, as a new form of topic tourism, red tourism sprang up rapidly in China. Especially in the year 2004, for the reasons of strengthening and upswing the construction of morality, developing the tradition of revolution, speeding the economy of the revolutionary districts, and confirming the position of ruling, Party Central Committee made an important decision of developing the red tourism. And then, the red tourism is becoming the hottest in China. Many experts are studying how to plan and propagandize red tourism, to conformity the resource of red tourism, to drive the development of red tourism. Under this background, the writer made a study on the red tourism resource in Gansu Province.The article summarized the study background and actuality of red tourism firstly, described the characters of it such as political, topical and hortatory, then evaluated the resource on the basis of the research and statistical. It has rich red tourism resource whose distribution concentrated;most of them are famous persons' and important revolutionary event sites. The important content is how to exploit the red tourism resource in Gansu. After giving the senses of exploiting the resource, an analysis on the condition of exploiting the resource was made. Then the exploiting manner was put forward which contained government's leading, market's acting and local residential participating. So the exploiting mode was advanced which united the red tourism, history tourism, zoology tourism together, united the red tourism and the revolutionary districts' pro-poverty together, united the red tourism exploitation and red resource' protection together, united the neighbor districts' red tourism resource exploitation and local' together. At last, through the analysis of the red tourism products' market in Gansu, some suggestions were given on how to design the products. Because the protection of the red tourism resource is getting hard and difficultly, the protection should be enhanced. The principles which should be formed and the law measures which should be set down are both brought forward finally.
