In the way of researching "the third profit" which was generated by logistics, We have greatly neglected "the throttle effect" which was created by reversion logistics, especially In the industry of electrical appliances, China is the greatest nation of Production and expending country in the world.In recent year, With the continuous improvement of people's living conditions and the rapid development of science and technology. The renewal of electrical appliances product is more and more rapidly, Eliminated from the alarming number of domestic waste. How to deal with these electrical appliances trash, has became the focal point which attract more and people's attention.Establish old appliance reverse logistics network is fit the sustainable development request, the enterprise make good progress on the service level, Further reduce costs, and excavation profit fountainhead. The target of this paper is to establish the worn out electrical appliances product recycling network model and it's optimization which based on the reversion logistics.The paper first introduced the research background of worn out electrical appliances reversion logistics network model and it's optimization, In the chapter 2, introduce the relate concepts and the current situation of worn out electrical appliances and the construction of worn out electrical appliances reversion logistics network model, To let everyone understand the old appliance reverse logistics and logistics related to the different characteristics of traditional and its value lies. Secondly, in Chapters 3 and 4, to study the old appliance reverse logistics network design's complexity and its causes, Introduced the old appliance recycling reverse logistics network status, And analysed the problems and to continue to study direction. The article in the chapter 5 on the basis of the above four chapters research, Appliance recycling building materials through the network model, MILP model with the establishment of the smallest mixed integer linear models of obsolete appliance recovery planning network optimization. And built models based on the analysis through examples of MILP models with the smallest mixed integer linear planning models based on the old appliance recycling reverse logistics network optimization model role, Open for business decision makers reference.
