There are many cultural-relics in Xi'an, millions of people pour into these resorts for relaxation or recreation each year. These cultural-relics recorded Xi'an's splendid history;to a certain degree, they also did great contribution to economy system. Terra-Cotta warriors and Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor had been included on the World Heritage List after the assessment of World Heritage Committee and was among the fist China's World Heritages. Since the year 1974 the First Qin Emperor Terra-Cotta warriors come to light, cultural-relics traveling business has flourished as well as the economy of Xi'an. As we all know, these cultural-relics did great contribution to regional economy's rapid progress. For the sake of without proper economic measurement on these cultural-relics, no one can describe it clearly how and how much did these cultural-relics contribute to the regional economy, such as the contribution to GDP, Finance income, Social employment and so on. As today's flourishing culture-relics protection, the issue how to recognize these contribution and how to measure it is an urgent thing we should do. This article put forward to the research on this issue so that obtain reference to culture-relics protection and traveling business. The research work contains details as follows:1. The article concludes the regional benefit device from culture-relics protection and tourism in the last 30 years by reviewing the history of Terra-Cotta warriors protection and tourism development. Bring forward a concept of "the Terra-Cotta warrior tourism affiliated enterprise chains".2.
