Studies On The Coordination Mechanism Of Supply Chain Cooperation On Strategy Level

The supply chain cooperation management is a kind of new management mode, it establishes the cooperative organization between the enterprise's in a virtual way , which can avoid the abuse of longitudinal integration management in the past. It will achieve the goal of "strong -strong" union, and maintain the cooperative enterprise's independence and flexibility. However this kind of cooperation can't be controlled through the stock sharing or buying way, as the traditional enterprises does. It can only be controlled through contract and trust, therefore the coordination is a key point in supply chain cooperation management. At present, many enterprises in our country have implemented the supply chain management, and also have established the cooperation relationships with other enterprises, but few of them are successful, for they could not treat the factors that affect the coordination very well.Through finding and analyzing these affected factors on the supply chain's strategy level, and applying the strategy theory and supply chain coordination theory, developed the model of supply chain coordination on strategy level. First, through analyzing the deficiencies of existing coordination mechanisms, put forward the concept of coordination form strategy level. Second, applying the theory of strategic alliances and coordination mechanisms, expounded the supply chain strategy. In addition, applying normal classification of organizational structure in enterprises, divided the coordination into three levels: strategic, tactical and execution, and decided the article's research object: the strategy level. After that, analyzed the foundation platforms of strategy level's coordination. Third, though analyzing the key factors of strategy level's coordination and applying the general pattern of strategic management, constructed the model of coordination mechanism in supply chain cooperation from the strategic view. Fourth, analyzed the coordination relation in the model, and carried on a thorough research to each coordination mechanism. In the end, analyzed the model's application in the air freight industry, and studied the coordination relation and mechanism for achieving the strategic target of air freight industry. The model of coordination mechanism in supply chain cooperation from the strategic level in this article can help the enterprise to realize the essence of supply chain management;on the other hand, can help the enterprise to solve the supply chain's maladjustment problems fundamentally. Thus, we can benefit from the supply chain coordination and achieve the target of supply chain management.
