Prelimitary Analysis To The Development Of The Rural Experience Tourism In Changsha Suburban

The rural experience tourism is a fashionable tourism and is one of the important tendencies of the development of the rural experience tourism. Its development is the new exploitation of the rural tourism and caters for the urbanites' psychological demands of "returning to the nature and acquiring knowledge". There are a lot of theoretical and practical importance to promote the tastes of the rural tourism, enrich the connotation of the rural tourism and inspire the development of the rural tourism. This paper is based on the experience rural tourism, the practice and other people's researches using the documental analysis, questionnaire investigation, ASEB method and so on to explore the theory and development of suburban tourism of Changsha.This paper contains six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction which contains the background of the thesis' theme , the status quo of the researches of both home and abroad and its development. The second chapter is the analysis of the development and characteristics of the rural tourism and the rural experience tourism and points out that the rural experience tourism is the important tendency of the rural tourism development. The third chapter analyzes the Preliminary fundamental function of the rural experience tourism which influenced by the research theory and the dynamic system of the rural experience tourism, and the necessary theory evidence of the development of the rural experience tourism which also provided by the research theory and the dynamic system of the rural experience tourism. The fourth chapter focuses on the techniques of the rural experience tourism development, and puts forward the development principles, ways and styles. The fifth chapter takes the suburban of Changsha as an example to demonstrate the research of thedevelopment of the rural experience tourism. The sixth chapter is the summary of this paper and puts forward some problems which are waited to be further discussed.This paper primarily defines the rural experience tourism and focuses on the analyses of such problem as the specific theme, the reality and the mutuality of the development of the rural experience tourism and points out the ways should be guided by the demands to build > use and promote the development of the rural experience tourism, and some suggestions to develop such tourism products as the entertainments escape > education ^ estheticism in Changsha suburban combining the given tourism resources and using such the five fundamental factors as persons, events, times, places and the things.
