| As the bell rang for the new year, it has marked the forth year since China joined the WorldTrade Organization. During the three transition years, Chinese retail industry was growing athigh speed under the swaddling environment when confronted with the foreign investment andmultinational firms' rapid expansion. In view of the reality that great pressure has come from theforeign enterprises, one would wonder about how Chinese firms would survive in the fiercecompetition.The article try to make a whole analyzes from introduction of the very basic concept andtheory, so as to find the weakness on the enterprise of China's Chain-Retail, at the same timeenhance the Core Competencies of China's Chain-Retail enterprise.There are five parts in the article. The first and second chapters of this article provide a briefintroduction of chain-retail enterprise and Core Competencies of China's Chain-Retail enterprisetheoretical framework, including the basic concept and characters that provide a basic for thesearch. The third chapter analyzes the big issue of China's Chain-Retail enterprise compare tothe successfully develop mode of three foreign enterprise' Core Competencies, and then find theweakness of ours. In the forth chapter, I gathered my interest on the ways to enhance the CoreCompetencies and made suggestions. Finally in the fifth chapter, with the hope to clarify andimprove the ability of enterprise's Core Competencies, the author made a model. |
