Research On The Business Group's Financial Governance In Our Country

As a new rivalrous organization,business group has been more and more important in theeconomic development of China. Finance governance has been the focal topic in domesticfinancial theory field during the latest years,Financial researchers have delivered a lot of papersfocusing on the corporate finance governance to improve the efficiency of the corporategovernance.The research on finance governance is based on corparate governance, so nearly allthe papers on finance governance aim at the self-governed corporate, and the researches on thebusiness group's financial governance are few. Because of the practical importance and theoreticblank, based on the stakeholders,the thesis probes into the business group's financial governance.The whole thesis falls into 4 parts. Chapter 1 : The fundamental theories of business group'sfinance governance. It explicates the basic theory of business group's financialgovernance,including the target, the subject,the object and the particularity of business group'sfinancial governance ,and so on. The Chapter 2 aims at the kernel problem of the businessgroup's finance governance. This part analyses the kernel of financial government which is tosolve the issue of property rights allocation. Then it focuses on the conflicts between businessgroup's parent comoany and subsidiary company,middle and small stockholders ,crediters.Theseconflicts are the the pivotal problem in business group's finance governance. Chapter 3: Currentproblems and reasons of business group's finance governance in our country. In this part, authorsummarizes on the actuality of business group's finance governance in china. At the sametime,fundamental reasons are ulteriorly explored. Chapter 4 is the advice part of thedissertation.According to the analysis and study before, and considering the specific conditionsof our country, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve business group's financialgovernance.
