Enterprise group which is the variety of economic complex linked by property relations is playing an increasingly important role in China’s economic arena. With the continuous deepening of economic reform and the development of the national economy, a number of large-scale enterprise groups with competitive advantages that cross-industry, cross-regional, cross-organization, they are gradually growing into the leaders of domestic enterprises.<The11th ’Five-Year Plan’of the National Economic Social Development of the People’s Republic of China> of the State Council, also makes clear that during the "1lth five year "in China the development of large companies and large enterprise groups with strong competition, play an important role in that promoting social economic stability. However, due to the rapid expansion of the scale, the complexity of management, coupled with the inertia of cogitation and the ossification of concept, large enterprise groups encounter many problems in the development:the absence of the main part of state-owned assets’right, the missing of the company’s internal control system, the weakening of risk management, the internal control of state-owned enterprises grasped by individual, the financial fraud of listed companies, illegal related party transactions, invalid financial supervision etc, the core of these problems exposed in corporate governance is essentially a problem of financial governance. Dealing with the financial governance well in the processing of corporate governance has already become the urgent affairs for a healthy and sustainable development of enterprise groups.Starting from the study of the basic theory of financial governance, the article studies the basic concept and structure of financial governance of enterprise groups, leads into the case analysis of the tourism investment group, specifically analyses the current situation and problems of the group’s financial governance and provides the effective solutions and optimization measures.The article takes the tourism investment corporation as the research object, analyzes the specific financial governance, adhering to the combining working methods of theory and practice in the analysis, it is certain practical and provides a certain guiding significance to the financial governance of the tourism investment corporation.
